Prepare the document you intend to share and decide whether it belongs to one employee or the whole company. The contract outline is editable and should reflect the terms you have agreed.
- 01
Open Documents
Managers can create a contract or upload a company document. An optional contract can also be prepared when creating an employee.
- 02
Choose the right audience
An employee contract belongs to the selected employee. Company policies, procedures and handbooks belong in the company-document section.
- 03
Review before sharing
Check the title, employee, contents and acknowledgement requirement. Keep unfinished material as a draft until it is ready.
- 04
Publish the document
Share it when your checks are complete. Employees see their own shared contracts and the company guidance available to their business.
- 05
Follow acknowledgements
Use document receipts to see who has acknowledged a published document. A read acknowledgement records receipt; it is not an electronic contract-signing service.
