How does Full workspace pricing change at ten employees?
For Full workspace, the £45-per-extra-employee option is for teams of six to nine. From ten, a fixed annual plan gives you a set allowance: Team for up to fifteen, Business for up to thirty or Scale for up to fifty. You do not pay an extra £45 for each person inside a fixed plan’s allowance.
What happens when I add an employee above my allowance?
Your Manager saves the new employee as an approval request. The platform administrator reviews the request and charge before activating their access. Clockx moves from five to ten places, then from ten to twenty: an annual increase of £70 or £150 respectively. Above twenty requires an agreed quote. For Full workspace, employees 6–9 add £45 each per year; the tenth moves the business to Team at £649.99 for up to fifteen, followed by Business and Scale. Replacing someone within an existing approved allowance does not purchase another place.
What is included in the annual subscription?
The full workspace includes rotas, clocking, leave, sickness, personnel and document tools. Clockx includes rotas, clocking, breaks, attendance, payroll hours, annual leave, extra hours, employee contracts, business documents and basic employee details. Tasks and Stock are optional monthly add-ons for the full workspace.
Do Managers count towards the employee limit?
Manager access is included. A Manager who also has an employee profile to work shifts and track their hours uses one employee place.
How are subscriptions paid?
Your annual subscription and any monthly add-ons are arranged directly with DayRidge. We confirm the plan and agreed charges with you before activation. Annual payment is currently arranged by bank transfer.
Can I try the platform?
Get in touch to arrange a walkthrough and discuss a trial. Trial availability and the end date are agreed for your business.
Does DayRidge run my payroll?
DayRidge produces recorded hours and gross pay estimates for payroll handover. Tax, pension deductions, statutory calculations and payslips are handled by your payroll process.
Can I use Stock Management outside a pub?
Yes. Products can use items, bottles, portions, weights, volumes or custom units. Version 0.1 uses manual counts and till totals, with no automatic till integration or recipe conversion.
How are Tasks users charged?
Tasks costs £4.99 per business per month plus £2.35 per agreed chargeable user per month. We set the agreed number with you; adding another employee does not automatically change it.
